Overview

NEXTWAVE SOLUTIONS SDN BHD is seeking a talented IT Support professional to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As an IT Support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and resolving IT-related issues for our clients in a full-time capacity.

What you'll be doing

• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related problems
• Assisting users with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and applications
• Logging, tracking, and resolving IT support tickets in a timely and efficient manner
• Documenting and maintaining records of IT support activities and resolutions
• Collaborating with the IT team to identify and implement improvements to IT infrastructure and support processes
• Ensuring the efficient and effective operation of IT systems and services

What we're looking for

• Relevant diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in an IT support or any System/Network Administrator role
• Solid understanding of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with IT support tools and ticketing systems
