National Sales Manager (Aesthetic Device)

About the role

As the National Sales Manager (Aesthetic Device) at AIM MEDTEC SDN BHD, you will be responsible for driving the sales strategy and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious growth targets for the company's aesthetic device portfolio. This is a full-time, office-based role located in Kuala Lumpur.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to promote the company's aesthetic device products to healthcare providers and clinics across Malaysia
• Managing and motivating a high-performing sales team to exceed sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
• Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base through proactive prospecting and account management
• Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging promotional campaigns and sales collateral
• Providing regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies
