Reporting to the Head of Creative, you will be the visual engine behind our revenue driving campaigns, ensuring every asset from mobile app banners to event backdrops is executed with precision and flair.
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Channel Visuals: Create “Key Art” for B2C campaigns, translating strategies into high-converting banners for Web, Mobile, and E-newsletters.
- Performance Advertising: Design “thumb-stopping” social media content and digital ads (static and motion) that drive ROI.
- Social Integration: Collaborate with the Social Media team to produce trending graphics and short‑form video content.
B2B, Partnerships & Event Design
- Event Assets: Design premium visuals for brand partnerships, including stage backdrops, buntings, and flyers.
- Thematic Design: Develop exclusive photobook covers and page templates for corporate clients.
- Packaging & Merchandise: Create print‑ready artwork for bespoke packaging and corporate gift sets.
Multimedia & Content Production
- Asset Creation: Assist in product photography and video shoots to generate original, high‑quality content.
- Agile Editing: Provide quick‑turnaround video editing for campaign reels and promotional clips.
Project Tracking & Quality Assurance
- Workflow Management: Coordinate with Marketing and Production teams to ensure all artwork is tech‑checked and deployed on time.
- Brand Stewardship: Maintain strict adherence to corporate identity guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–4 years (Junior to Senior levels) in a fast‑paced e‑commerce or agency environment.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator is mandatory.
- Plus Factors: Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, CapCut, or AI Generative Tools is a significant advantage.
- Design Versatility: Strong understanding of both Digital (RGB) and Print (CMYK) requirements.
- Soft Skills: Proactive problem‑solver who thrives on feedback and can turn a vague brief into a visual masterpiece.
- Availability: Willingness to provide support during peak e‑commerce shopping seasons and occasional physical events.
