Job summary

A leading bank in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Mortgage Sales Specialist to promote mortgage loans for residential and commercial properties. The role requires at least 2 years of sales experience in mortgage-related business, and strong telesales skills. Responsibilities include exceeding sales targets, cross-selling insurance and credit cards, and ensuring excellent customer service. A basic command of English is required, and this position offers an opportunity to contribute to dynamic sales activities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Promoting the Mortgage loans product for Residential / Commercial Property new purchase / acquisition including Bank End-Financing Projects / Subsales.
  • Promoting the Alliance One Account (AOA) product of refinancing for customers to keep all loans/financing in one place.
  • Actively cross sell on credit life insurance & credit card.
  • Achieve or exceed sales performances and productivity indicator monthly.
  • Constantly identify new strategies and approach to increase individual and team achievements i.e. prospecting through telesales & mobile sales activities which include cold-callings, attending sales launches / roadshow, referrals & enquiries etc.
  • Participate, plan and support sales activities i.e. marketing visitation / appointment, sales presentation on mortgage and refinancing.
  • Ensure applications forms are duly completed prior to submission.
  • Ensure best sales practice and deliver excellent customers service.
  • Ensure all customers enquiries and complaints are handled promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure no misrepresentation of product features, pricing, promotions and processes.
Qualifications

  • At least 2 year in-depth sales experience in mortgage related business.
