Qualifications

  • Able to work on shift including Off Day, Rest Day or Public Holiday.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the smooth operation of the receiving section.
  • Supervise the receiving during the merchandise receipt.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of merchandise during receipt.
  • Prepare monthly duty roster of the receiver including scheduling.
  • Manage company transportation of merchandise.
  • Control purchase payment and stock of sales materials.
  • Prepare for stock takes.
  • Conduct training for receiving section staff.
  • Solve problems related to receiving operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness of receiving office and storage area.
  • Ensure discipline of receiving section staff including attendance and dress code.
  • Maintain equipment such as trolleys and pricing machines.

  • Responsible for the smooth operation of the receiving section.
  • Supervise of the receiving during receiving of merchandise.
  • Ensure proper handling / storage of merchandise during receiving.
  • To prepare monthly duty roster of the receiver which include scheduling of annual, substitute and extra rest day.
  • Responsible for the arrangement of company transportation of merchandise.
  • Responsible for the purchase payment and stock control of sales materials and stationery.
  • Responsible for stock take preparation.
  • To conduct training for the receiving section staffs to upgrade their skill and standard.
  • To solve any problems related to receiving.
  • Responsible for the cleanliness of receiving office. Storage area and safe keeping of all the documents to receiving.
  • Responsible for the discipline of all the receiving section staff which include their attendance, dress code during working hours.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of equipment i.e. trolleys, pricing machine etc.
