PKT Wholesale Warehouse – Pasir Tumboh, Kelantan

We are seeking an experienced MIS Clerk to join our team at PKT Wholesale Warehouse in Pasir Tumboh, Kelantan. This is a full‑time position that will play a crucial role in maintaining and administering our Merchandize Information Systems (MIS). As the MIS Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our product price change, approval of GRR, GRN & GRA processes, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our wholesale operations.

What you’ll be doing

Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records in our MIS databases

Generating reports and analysing data to provide valuable insights to management

Troubleshooting and resolving any issues with our MIS systems and applications

Providing training and support to other staff on the use of MIS tools and processes

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system improvements

Ensuring compliance with all relevant data management policies and procedures

What we’re looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience as an MIS Clerk or in a similar data management role

Strong proficiency in using office productivity software, particularly Excel and database applications

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present data effectively

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support other staff

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date records

Familiarity with retail or wholesale industry operations and data management practices
