Job Description
  • Preparing, maintaining, and continuously enhancing risk reports across credit risk areas ensures senior management has accurate, timely, and actionable insights to manage portfolio risks effectively.
  • Supporting Retail Risk Appetite and Benchmark Monitoring is vital for tracking key indicators against approved thresholds, escalating breaches promptly, and safeguarding the bank's risk posture.
  • Maintaining dashboards for Portfolio Mix Monitoring enables early detection of shifts in product, segment, or risk grade distributions, which is crucial for proactive portfolio management.
  • Performing data extraction, validation, and formatting using advanced tools (Excel, SQL, SAS) ensures high‑quality data inputs for risk reporting and analytics, minimizing operational and compliance risks. Linguistics
  • Delivering consistent and timely risk data and reporting outputs supports regulatory submissions and internal governance, reducing the risk of penalties or reputational damage.
  • Documenting reporting processes and driving enhancements improves efficiency, reduces operational risk, and supports audit readiness.
  • Participating in ad‑hoc analysis and projects provides flexibility to respond to emerging risks, regulatory changes, and strategic initiatives.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Business Analytics, or any related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in risk reporting, risk analytics, or related roles in banking or financial services.
  • Proficiency in data tools (e.g. SAS, SQL, Excel, Power BI, Python) and reporting platforms.
  • Good in analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
