Job summary

A manufacturing company in Kulim, Malaysia, is seeking a MES Support Specialist to assist in the implementation and troubleshooting of Manufacturing Execution Systems. Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in MES, manufacturing systems, or industrial automation.
  • Experience or knowledge of MES in the medical industry will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of MES applications and related systems.
  • Provide support to system users in troubleshooting issues.
  • Work with IT and manufacturing teams for integration between systems.
  • Support MES system configuration and user access management.
  • Participate in testing and validation of new MES features.
  • Maintain documentation for MES support and training.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for system enhancements.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards.

Skills

Proficiency in both spoken and written English
Ability to communicate in Japanese

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field
