• Assist Japanese managers or visitors in communication.
• Help translate documents between Japanese and English/Malay.

Job description

You will be part of the team supporting the smooth operation of our purchasing item business, by managing and inspecting items received from our customers in Malaysia. This is a behind-the-scenes role that plays a vital part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our business services.

Main Responsibilities

• Inspect each customer item carefully, verifying brand authenticity, overall condition, and completeness of accessories.
• Pack items securely and arrange shipments to retail shops and overseas branches.
• Greet and assist customers upon arrival.
• Answer phone inquiries regarding items, purchasing criteria, and available services.
• Assist in preparing product content for posting on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook).
• Provide basic interpretation between Japanese and local customers or staff.
• Assist Japanese managers or visitors during meetings, calls, or daily communication.
• Help translate simple documents, messages, or instructions from Japanese to English/Malay and vice versa.
