Job description

Randstad is partnering with a fast-growing brand to identify a Merchandising Manager (Jewellery), who will be responsible for driving assortment strategy, demand forecasting, and effective stock management.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor category performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve sales, margin, and stock efficiency.
  • Responsible for product selection, range planning, and supplier performance reviews.
  • Analyse sales trends, sell-through, stock turn, and margin performance by product, collection, and store.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, OTB plans, and stock budgets with clear KPI targets.
  • Work with E-commerce teams to optimise online assortment and stock availability.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the merchandising team to build strong commercial capability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Retail Management, or related field.
