Job description

Elianto Make Up Sdn Bhd – Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur

To plan merchandise strategic launch and promotions and determine on pricing strategy.

Control overall product margin at required percentage.

Prepare sales forecasting, budget management and sales performance analysis reports.

Execute promotions strategy, seasonal changes and product launches.

Work closely with sales team to ensure that strategies are aligned with sales objectives and targets are achieved.

Develop POSM to enhance in store product promotion.

Prepare merchandising reports and forecasts to facilitate department purchasing objectives.

Ensure design for product displays is properly implemented at all assigned locations.

Develop and maintain Open To Buy (OTB) Plan.

Control stock holding at certain month and percentage.

Take charge of inventory forecast for basic SKUs and promotional SKUs.

Monitor weekly and monthly sales and stock forecast to ensure the optimum stock level is maintained.

Liaise with logistics/ 4PL department on shipping schedule and monitor and track arrival of goods shipment.

To implement corrective measures for slow moving merchandise.

Identify and maximize sales of fast selling items by taking corrective actions.

Monitor and implement effective inventory control.

Aging & stock turn

Take charge of stock allocation.

Responsible to work on inventory turnover ratio report

Responsible to monitor left over promo stocks/nearly expired stocks and initiate clearance plan.

Identify problems and propose improvement plan.

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least

At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field

Required Skill(s):

Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Merchandising or equivalent.

Candidate will act as a Assistant Merchandising for this job position.
