Qualifications

• 5-7 years working experience in process or process development.
• Strong knowledge of DFSS/DMAIC tools and Lean methodologies.
• Experience supervising technicians and managing technical development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineers and technicians in process technologies.
• Liaise with vendors for selection and development of new equipment.
• Coordinate introduction of new processes and ensure quality documentation.
• Ensure compliance with patient safety and product quality regulations.
