Medical Sales & Surgical Instruments Support Specialist

We are seeking a Sales Executive / Admin (with Subject Matter Expertise) to join our team. This role is especially suitable for retired nurses or sisters from government or private hospitals, particularly those who managed the Operation Theater (OT) Department and have extensive knowledge of surgical instruments across multiple surgical specialties.

The selected candidate will serve as both a sales support executive and instrument expert, helping our company bridge clinical knowledge with sales operations.

1. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for surgical instruments.
2. Provide cross-reference support between other brands’ instrument codes and Aafix equivalents for Quotation purpose.
3. Assist in answering technical queries from clients regarding instrument usage, specifications, and best practices.
4. Conduct training sessions (internal staff training & external client training) on surgical instruments when needed.
5. Support the sales team in preparing quotations, catalog references, and product documentation.
6. Liaise with surgeons, OT managers, and procurement staff when needed for on field sales request.
7. Perform basic administrative tasks related to sales support (record keeping, quotation updates).
8. Facilitate when required for MDA and GDPMD application submission from time to time.
