Job description

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Executive to be based in Sarawak. The Sales Representative will be responsible for:

• 1) Selling and promoting Revo Healthcare's exclusive range of home grown and international healthcare devices brands across the assigned territories.
• 2) Work with Sales Manager to define sales strategies/plans and execute them to meet sales targets and objectives.
• 3) Gain a strong understanding of the company’s product range, plans & directions, so as to expand business with existing customers and build new customers to capture market share.
• 4) To monitor and provide feedback on market activities and trends.
• 5) Manage and build relationship with customers, enable negotiation with regard to product requirements, pricing, distribution, logistics and promotion mechanism.
• 6) Be responsive to customers’ needs and requests, takes initiative to resolve conflicts and provide effective solutions to customers.
• 7) Execute continuous improvement activities to enhance sales processes, sales plans and customer satisfaction to improve sales achievements.
• 8) To prepare for pre-sales documentations and post-sales reviews.
