What’s the job?

You will provide clinical oversight and ensure adherence to case management protocols in collaboration with the Head Regional Medical Director.

Manage medical review responsibilities, including monitoring cases, approving evacuations, communicating with providers, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Contribute to utilization management efforts, support crisis response initiatives, and assist in the development of policies and procedures.

Participate in internal training programs focused on aero-medical transport, clinical protocols, and regulatory compliance.

Guide and support Medical Case Managers through supervision, training, and escalation support for complex cases.

Attend cross-functional meetings, maintain open lines of communication with leadership, and contribute to shared global objectives.

Engage in continuous professional development and coordinate with leadership to ensure uninterrupted medical oversight coverage.

What are we looking for?

You will possess full registration as a Medical Officer with the Malaysia Medical Council, along with a valid Annual Practicing Certificate.

5–10 years of clinical experience, ideally in Emergency Medicine, General Medicine, Surgery, or Anesthesia.

Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, with the ability to read Chinese characters.

Strong clinical judgment and decision‑making skills, with experience managing diverse and regionally distributed cases.

The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment and work collaboratively with global teams.
