Key Responsibilities

• Create user manuals, installation guides, and maintenance manuals for mechanical equipment
• Prepare and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) and spare parts lists
• Write assembly instructions, SOPs, and work instructions for factory use
• Describe exploded views and mechanical assemblies clearly
• Collaborate with mechanical designers, engineers, and technicians to gather technical information
• Update documentation to reflect design changes and revisions
• Prepare safety instructions and warning information
• Manage document version control and organization
• Develop basic training materials for operators and technicians

Requirements

• Background in mechanical engineering, mechanical design, or technical documentation
• Ability to read and understand 2D/3D mechanical drawings (Autodest, AutoCAD)
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Experience in manufacturing, automation, or machine design is an advantage
