Responsibilities

• Develop and verify new process development for NPI products.
• Design processes to optimize flow and reduce variability.
• Develop cost-effective process improvements.
• Maintain optimization and validation programs.
• Review and buyoff process CTQs data.

Skills

SMTE process experience

Assembly process jigs and fixtures development

Card build backend process experience

Strong ownership and commitment

Self-motivated

Problem-solving skills

Strong oral and written communication skills

Root Cause analysis

Communication with local CM and suppliers

Knowledge of PFMEA & Quality 6sigma tools

Knowledge of DOE/CZ simulation tool

Education

Bachelor Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
