Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the water filtration, water treatment, or related industry.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients.
Proficiency in MS Office
Negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with water filtration, water treatment products, systems, and water pumps.
Ability to understand and explain technical products to non-technical customers.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
High level of integrity and work ethic.
As a Sales Executive at PureGen Water Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth by identifying and engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing suitable solutions via our range of water filtration, water treatment products, systems, and water pumps. You will also manage existing customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.
Work closely with the technical and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Participate in sales meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
