We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanic to join our workshop team. This role is ideal for someone with a basic working knowledge of go-karts or vehicles, a strong willingness to learn, and a can-do attitude. You will be responsible for maintaining our fleet of karts in optimal condition, ensuring operational safety, and supporting smooth day-to-day workshop activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Full Training Provided):
Kart Maintenance & Repair:
- Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and basic repairs on go-karts.
- Assist in diagnosing mechanical issues and escalating complex issues to senior team members.
- Conduct pre- and post-run kart checks to ensure safety and reliability.
Workshop Upkeep:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment at all times.
- Ensure tools and equipment are stored properly after use.
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail – Hold extremely high standards for accuracy, cleanliness, and workmanship, ensuring the workshop and karts are always kept in top condition.
Inventory Management:
- Oversee all inventory movement within the workshop.
- Track, record, and update stock levels for spare parts, consumables, and tools.
- Coordinate with the Workshop Supervisor for stock replenishment and ordering.
Facilities Support (Occasional):
- Assist with general facilities management tasks such as minor repairs, maintenance reports, and equipment support.
- Work with the Operations team to ensure facility readiness and smooth daily operations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Basic working knowledge of go-karts, small engines, or general vehicle systems (training provided for specific kart models).
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, can-do attitude with willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to work weekends and peak periods as required.
