Material Warehouse, Executive (Start ASAP)

Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, distribution, and inventory management at Carlsberg Malaysia.

Your role

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensure material receiving, storage, and issuance comply with company quality standards.
• Establish SOPs and protocols to safeguard warehouse operations and inventory.
• Lead improvements and maintain health, safety, hygiene, and security standards in the warehouse.
• Manage stock control and reconciliation with the inventory management system.
• Oversee operations and resources within the material team.
• Support line manager in driving departmental excellence.
• Generate Goods Receipt (GR) for incoming materials and issue Delivery Orders (DO) for returns.
• Post daily stock issues to production, ensuring system records match physical inventory.
• Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and adhere to Carlsberg's Excellence standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About you

The company is looking for:

• SPM/STPM/Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent.
• Preferably at least 2 years of relevant warehouse operations experience; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Basic computer skills including MS Word and Excel.

• Ability to work independently and be dependable.
