Job summary

A manufacturing company in Negeri Sembilan is seeking a Production Assistant to support operations in the production section. The role includes ensuring quality and safety standards, production planning, and inventory management. Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience and basic computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word. Good communication and teamwork skills are essential. This position offers an opportunity to lead and train a team of material handlers.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Executive for overall operation in related production section.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are complied with.
• Responsible for production planning changes.
• Updating monthly Rapid assessment report, scraps, downtime, rework, and quarantine records.
• Monitor end month stock levels for Handle, Material, and Masterbatch.
• Verify that correct materials are supplied to each machine based on SAP production order.
• Lead and train team of material handler and material mixer.
• Check daily production record for Injection Moulding Department.
• Perform relevant authority assigned by superior from time to time.

5. Inventory management- Monitor end month stock levels for Handle, Material and Masterbatch.
6. Material preparation and control – verify that correct materials are supply to each machine based on SAP production order.
7. Team supervision – Lead and train team of material handler and material mixer.
8. Checked daily production record for Injection Moulding Department.
9. Perform relevant authority assigned by superior from time to time.
