This role involves transforming raw footage into engaging videos, managing website content, and ensuring brand consistency across all media. Candidates should have a degree in Multimedia or related fields, strong editing skills (CapCut preferred), and multilingual proficiency, especially in Mandarin. We’re looking for a dynamic Video Editor to bring our speakers’ content to life – from Zoom recordings to polished videos that inspire learning across Asia.
Transform raw Zoom/Webinar footage into captivating videos with smooth cuts, engaging transitions, and meaningful sound design.
Add translated subtitles and perform lip‑sync adjustments using our in‑house AI translation system.
Work with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools to create short‑form and long‑form content for our website and social media channels.
Ensure videos are optimized for each platform and include subtitles, audio, captions, and hooks that retain viewer attention.
Upload final assets to the Cloud and collaborate with the marketing team for scheduling.
Assist in managing and updating the company website, ensuring speaker profiles, video and multimedia content are fresh, accurate, and aligned with company goals.
Ensure video content is current, aligned with company direction, and visually consistent.
Maintain consistent use of logos, fonts, colors, and visual identity across all videos and media.
Assist with reviewing and ensuring brand compliance on online content and video materials.
Assist with maintaining a digital asset library that’s organized and accessible.
Monitor content performance (views, shares, engagement) and recommend improvements.
Generate content reports and propose improvements based on data.
Diploma or Degree in Multimedia, Film Production, Marketing, or related fields.
Strong editing skills, especially with CapCut (Adobe Premiere is a bonus).
Knowledge of basic design tools like Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
Multilingual skills, especially Mandarin, will be an added advantage, as part of the work involves engaging with Mandarin‑speaking clients and content. Proficiency in Mandarin will help when handling content or communication aimed at Mandarin‑speaking markets.
Proactive, independent, detail‑oriented, and deadline‑driven.
Aware of trending video formats on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Leadership experience in content or video teams is an added bonus.
5‑day work week.
