Responsibilities

About the role

As a Marketing Supervisor, you’ll be the link between customer needs and our logistics business solutions by implementing strategies that connect products and services with customers.

• Product & Brand Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of the company's products and brand
• Inventory & Logistics Coordination: Manage In-charge of inter-branch parts ordering
• Customer Support: Manage calls, handle inquiries, and engage with clients through service and visits.
• Order Processing: Process orders for customers.
• Documentation & Record Keeping: Prepare sales & purchase documents
• Front Desk Support: Supporting the reception desk
