Digital Marketing Specialist | Content Creator
Marketplace Management & Growth
  • Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce stores: Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, brand.com.
  • Upload and maintain SKUs, optimize listing titles, images, descriptions, and keywords for search visibility.
  • Monitor store health metrics (chat response rate, product rating, seller rating, fulfillment rate).
Promotional Campaign Planning
  • Plan and execute campaign calendars (double digit days, mega sales, payday deals, exclusive brand campaigns).
  • Work with platform category managers to secure visibility spots, vouchers, or cross-sell bundles.
  • Strategize pricing, bundling, gifting, and stock availability to increase Average Order Value (AOV).
Customer Journey Optimization
  • Track and improve key conversion steps: product page visits, add-to-cart, and checkout.
  • Monitor customer reviews and Q&A; elevate service issues and improve product satisfaction.
  • Design pre-purchase and post-purchase touchpoints (e.g., packaging messages, freebies, warranty).
Sales & Performance Analytics
  • Analyze SKU performance, category contribution, customer behavior, and platform campaigns.
  • Generate reports with actionable recommendations for assortment improvement and sales push.
  • Coordinate with inventory and fulfilment teams to ensure readiness during campaign periods.
Qualifications
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
