The new role :
Performance Reporting & Revenue Support
- Support revenue growth by ensuring timely execution of campaigns, product launches, and sales initiatives through effective resource allocation and workflow management.
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to monitor campaign performance and product impact on revenue.
- Drive operational excellence to improve conversion rates, accelerate time-to-market, and achieve revenue and margin targets.
Project Management & Campaign Operations
- Lead cross-functional marketing projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and objectives.
- Define project scopes, schedules, and resource requirements for key initiatives.
- Track project milestones, resolve roadblocks, and facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners.
Design Workflow & Request Management
- Oversee and prioritize creative and operational requests (e.g., product renderings, video assets, sample/costing requests).
- Act as the main liaison between design, marketing, and product teams to ensure requests are well-structured, briefed, and delivered on time.
- Manage workload distribution among designers, ensuring quality and timely output.
Process Optimization
- Develop and implement scalable marketing workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Identify process gaps and propose improvements to boost productivity and cross-team collaboration.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the marketing department.
Marketing Technology & Data
- Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, including internal project management tools.
- Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to ensure effective system integration and usage.
- Maintain data quality and reporting infrastructure to support accurate insights and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Business Management, Operation Management, Business Administration, or related field. A background in process engineering is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully leading and completing projects.
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or B2C/B2B marketing environments.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to use formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization, which will be considered an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- 2 to 5 years working experience in related fields.
