You will work closely with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales teams to strengthen our brand presence, run high‑quality campaigns, and support partner engagements.
Key Responsibilities
This role focuses on strategic execution and achieving commercial targets:
Integrated Campaign Execution
- Develop and execute end‑to‑end 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social, events, and partnerships
- Support brand awareness, lead generation, product launches, and seasonal promotions for our B2B solutions
Event & Activation Management
- Coordinate and manage physical events such as client sessions, workshops, roadshows, pop‑ups, and brand activations
- Ensure smooth execution and strong brand representation
Partnership Marketing & Enablement
- Develop and implement co‑branded or white‑label marketing plans, sponsorship proposals, and partner support materials
Content & Platform Management
- Oversee content development and management across B2B platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, website)
- Manage non‑digital sales assets such as brochures, proposals, and display materials
Relationship Building
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams (sales, brand, creative, product, tech, operations)
- Manage engagements with external partners including brands, event organizers, media, and vendors
Performance & Reporting
- Monitor campaign KPIs, prepare detailed performance reports, and provide insights for continuous optimization and improved ROI
We are looking for a resourceful, creative, and proactive individual:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, coupled with 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, channel marketing, or event management.
- Demonstrated success in managing end‑to‑end awareness, lead generation campaigns, and multi‑stakeholder collaborative projects.
- Good understanding and practical experience in both digital marketing (Social Media, CRM, Website management) and non‑digital elements (Sales Collateral, Events, Partnerships).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
- Creative, organized, and capable in problem‑solving and project management
- Fast learner, self‑driven, and comfortable working in a dynamic, high‑growth environment
- Willingness to travel within Malaysia as needed for key events and partnership activities
