Job summary

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing and communication strategies across multiple business segments. This role drives market positioning, brand visibility, and growth through data-driven insights and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans by business segment, including product roadmap, pricing strategy, campaigns, and events
  • Analyse macro‑economic, industry, and market trends, including competitor and segment landscape analysis
  • Define pricing frameworks aligned with market positioning and industry benchmarks
  • Manage marketing budgets, annual planning, and monthly performance reviews
  • Partner closely with internal teams (Sales, Technical, Finance, Operations) and external stakeholders (customers, event organisers, industry bodies)
  • Strengthen brand communication and digital presence, including website, social media, and customer experience initiatives
  • Support management with strategic insights and ad‑hoc marketing initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field with min 5 years of working experiences
  • Proven experience in marketing and communications roles, including campaign management and digital marketing
  • Experience managing a team is preferred
  • Must have own transport and willing to travel

Salary range: RM8,000 - RM9,000
