A healthcare service provider in Malaysia is seeking an experienced digital marketing professional to drive their marketing strategies. Responsibilities include delivering effective digital marketing campaigns, managing online communities, and optimizing marketing performance. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, is proficient in digital marketing platforms, and can communicate fluently in English, Mandarin, and Malay. Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
Devise effective digital marketing strategy to drive traffic and leads generation to drive revenue.
Create brand & MyClinic Product and Service awareness via digital campaigns.
Plan and develop a marketing strategy together with various stakeholders i.e. Operation Manager, General Manager and Managing Directors.
Develop quarter and annual marketing calendars and budgets to strategize and plan yearly marketing agenda.
Plan, create and manage all campaigns across all digital channels, including but not limited to paid search, programmatic display, mobile marketing, social media management and email marketing.
Prepare and present the final deliverables to internal teams via effective communication with senior stakeholders on action plans.
Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
Promoting MyClinic brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
Review new technologies and keep at the forefront of digital marketing strategies.
Excellent inbound Marketing and Article writing (English) capability.
Deliver all digital marketing campaigns and lead generation programs.
Build and maintain large online communities across digital channels.
Publish high quality inbound content, articles and marketing assets.
Analyze data and optimize marketing performance.
Present quarterly and annual marketing reports to senior management.
