A leading insulation solutions provider based in Malaysia is seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include managing marketing budgets, ensuring brand consistency, and executing lead-generation campaigns. Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English is essential, with additional language skills considered a bonus. The role offers an opportunity to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.
Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with business and sales objectives.
Position products clearly against competitors, including low-cost alternatives.
Manage marketing budgets and ROI tracking.
Translate technical specifications, certifications, and performance data into market-friendly messages.
Develop and maintain Product Brochures, Technical Data Sheets (TDS), etc.
Work closely with Sales Teams on product launches and upgrades.
Strengthen brand positioning as reliable, certified, and value-driven.
Ensure consistent branding across Website, Social Media, Printed Materials.
Manage brand guidelines and corporate identity.
Plan and execute B2B lead‑generation campaigns, including:
Support Sales Teams with qualified leads and marketing tools.
Manage company website content and SEO (directly or via agency).
Oversee social media presence (especially LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook if relevant).
Develop educational and value‑based content, such as:
Coordinate with external agencies (design, video, digital marketing).
Plan and manage participation in:
Prepare exhibition materials, mockups, samples, and presentations.
Support distributor and dealer marketing activities.
Work closely with Sales to:
Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing or any related fields.
Work Experience: 3 – 5 Years in Marketing or any related fields.
Computer Literacy: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP/ERP.
Language/Communication Skills: Bahasa Melayu, English, Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
