As we expand our services into the cruise segment, we are seeking a dedicated Marketing Manager to join our team. This position plays a key role in driving digital transformation and operational efficiency across our B2B travel services and will work closely with cross‑functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, and designers to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
This is a full‑time onsite position in ICE HOLIDAYS Sdn Bhd’s office in Malaysia.
Identify new business opportunities with travel agents, corporate clients, tourism partners, and other industry partners.
Build and maintain good relationships with existing partners to encourage long‑term collaborations.
Promote the company’s travel products through presentations, briefings, and market visits.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitors.
Work closely with Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver sales plans and meet client needs smoothly.
Join client meetings, travel fairs, roadshows, and industry events to build brand awareness and generate new leads.
Prepare proposals, quotations, sales reports, and performance updates for management.
Provide product training and destination updates to partners, enhancing their knowledge and confidence in selling company packages.
Ensure strong customer support and follow‑up to maintain high service standards and partner satisfaction.
Minimum 5–6 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in Sales, Business Development, or related fields.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken, written, and reading). Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proactive, confident, and able to engage professionally with partners and clients.
Excellent follow‑up skills with high attention to detail.
Comfortable working long hours with computers and mobile devices.
Basic computer literacy (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willing to travel when required (travel allowance will be provided).
