Marketing Executive (Content / RED Executive)

We are hiring a Marketing Executive (Content / RED Executive) to support content creation, posting, and engagement across all Healthland social media platforms, including Xiaohongshu (RED), TikTok, Instagram and Facebook — with RED as the primary focus.

You will help execute a content strategy that builds trust, attracts customers, and supports bookings across multiple Healthland outlets.

This role
  • Creates content ideas based on direction from the Content & RED Lead
  • Produces and posts content consistently across platforms
  • Uses AI tools to support writing and localisation
  • Ensures content follows brand guidelines and SOPs
  • Supports RED discovery growth and engagement
  • Helps drive enquiries, bookings and brand reputation

This is a hands‑on execution role, not an influencer role.

Core Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Execution
  • Assist in ideating and developing short‑form content
  • Produce and schedule posts across RED, TikTok, IG & FB
  • Follow storyboards and brand tone guidelines
  • Write captions and hooks
  • Ensure consistent posting across outlets
2. AI‑Assisted Content Support
  • Use AI tools to help draft captions, scripts & translations
  • Follow prompt libraries and workflows
  • Improve productivity with AI under guidance
  • Publish content optimised for RED discovery
  • Research trends, keywords and formats
  • Support engagement and community interactions
4. SOP & Quality Discipline
  • Ensure brand alignment
  • Upload and label content correctly
5. Performance Awareness
  • Flag trends and insights to the team
KPIs
  • Enquiries supported by content
Must‑Have Requirements
  • Chinese‑literate (spoken & written)
  • Familiar with Xiaohongshu / RED
  • Basic AI tool familiarity
  • Strong sense of design & storytelling
Nice to Have
  • Experience in beauty / wellness / lifestyle / F&B
  • Experience with TikTok or IG content
