We are looking for a commercially minded B2B Marketing Executive to generate high-quality business partner leads and build a strong professional B2B community across beauty salons, aesthetic clinics and fitness studios with online and offline business opportunities.

This role works directly alongside sales. The focus is to attract, educate and qualify partners so sales can close effectively and efficiently.

Role Summary

We are looking for a commercially minded B2B Marketing Executive to generate high-quality business partner leads and build a strong professional B2B community across beauty salons, aesthetic clinics and fitness studios with online and offline business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
B2B Lead Generation
  • Generate and qualify B2B partner leads through social media, email, events and collaborations
  • Define ideal partner profiles together with sales
  • Develop lead magnets and partner-facing materials
  • Pre-qualify leads before handover to sales
Sales Enablement
  • Align messaging and targeting with the B2B Biz Dev (Sales) Executive
  • Create sales tools including pitch decks, one-pagers, FAQs and case studies
  • Support sales follow-ups with education-led content
Community Building
  • Build and manage structured B2B partner communities
  • Organise workshops, training sessions and networking events
  • Manage online communities such as WhatsApp, Facebook groups
Education-Led Marketing
  • Translate skin, wellness and performance science into partner-friendly education
  • Support partner onboarding and staff training materials
Regional Support & Reporting
  • Localise initiatives for Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei
  • Track and report lead quality, engagement and revenue contribution
Success Metrics
  • Number of qualified B2B leads generated
  • Lead-to-meeting conversion rate
  • Sales-ready leads handed to sales
  • Community engagement and partner retention
  • Revenue influenced by marketing activities
Requirements
