We are looking for a project-driven sales professional with strong, verifiable relationships across Indonesia’s property, architectural, and hospitality ecosystem. This role is focused on project specification, tender participation, and closing large-scale developments, not retail or transactional paint sales.
Success in this role depends on who you already know, how early you get specified, and your ability to convert relationships into secured projects.
Project Sales & Business Development
- Identify, qualify, and secure project-based opportunities across hospitality, commercial, institutional, and high-end residential sectors.
- Drive consultant and architect specification adoption for exterior multi-color stone coatings and interior artistic paints.
- Build and maintain a robust project pipeline with clear revenue and margin targets.
Industry Network & Relationships
- Leverage existing relationships with property developers, architects, interior designers, consultants, and hospitality operators.
- Maintain regular engagement through site visits, design office meetings, and project follow-ups.
- Convert relationships into repeat projects and reference sites.
- Provide technical guidance on coating systems, substrate preparation, application methods, and maintenance.
- Support design teams with color consulting, finish mock-ups, and sample development.
- Conduct technical presentations, site demos, and distributor training.
Channel & Internal Coordination
- Manage key accounts and develop a project-capable distributor network.
- Coordinate closely with Singapore HQ on pricing, logistics, QA, and technical support.
- Ensure projects are executed on-spec, on-time, and within commercial parameters.
- Prepare competitive project-based quotations and manage negotiations without margin erosion.
- Maintain accurate CRM records covering project stages, forecasts, and close probabilities.
- Deliver against KPIs: project pipeline value, bid win rate, revenue, margin, and reference projects secured.
Experience & Profile
- 3–5+ years in paint/coatings or building materials sales with proven project sales experience.
- Demonstrated success in tenders, consultant specification, and large project closures.
- Existing, active network within Indonesia’s property, architecture, interior design, or hospitality sectors.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; strong working English required.
