Job Summary
The Marketing Executive supports brand growth and retail performance by executing digital, social, CRM, and in-store marketing initiatives. The role focuses on campaign execution, performance tracking, influencer coordination, and on-ground activations, while working closely with internal teams to ensure consistent branding, timely delivery, and effective marketing support for retail operations.
Job Description
Social & Digital Marketing
- Develop and manage always-on social media calendars, campaigns, and performance dashboards across all key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XHS).
- Work with in-house content team to produce platform-native content (short‑form videos, static assets, reels) aligned with brand tone, trends, and audience behaviour.
- Lead influencer/KOL strategies: sourcing, negotiation, content direction, and performance tracking.
Paid Media & Performance
- Plan, execute, and optimise Meta ad campaigns with detailed geotargeting and audience segmentation to drive conversions and store traffic.
- Monitor campaign analytics, identify insights, and implement data‑driven optimisation for continuous performance improvement.
CRM & Loyalty Marketing
- Plan & manage CRM initiatives to increase engagement, retention, and repeat purchases through personalised promos, segmentation, and automated journeys.
- Track CRM campaign effectiveness and recommend enhancements based on customer behaviour insights.
Brand Activation & Partnerships
- Coordinate brand partnerships, collaborations, and co‑marketing activities to grow brand visibility and acquire new audiences.
- Plan and execute on‑ground activations, mall events, and roadshows to strengthen physical presence and support retail performance.
- Liaise with malls for media placements, event approvals, and localised marketing opportunities.
Retail & In-Store Marketing
- POSM, in-store visuals, and seasonal campaign materials; support creative team to ensure high‑quality execution and brand consistency.
- Support retail teams by ensuring clear communication and timely rollout of marketing initiatives.
Production & Merchandising Support
- Source, brief, and manage production of PR kits, corporate gifts, and promotional merchandise.
- Maintain vendor relationships, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
Marketing Operation and Reporting
- Provide administrative support to marketing initiatives, including tracking timelines, budgets, and campaign deliverables, and preparing regular performance reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant marketing experience (retail or FMCG experience is a plus).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably Chinese.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); basic design or video editing skills are an advantage.
- Strong project management, multitasking ability, and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
