Key Responsibilities
- Create and schedule content including captions, visuals, reels, and posts.
- Monitor online engagement and respond to basic customer enquiries.
- Assist in running digital advertisements and tracking performance metrics.
- Update website content and support SEO/lead-generation activities.
2. Content Creation & Creative Support
- Work closely with designers and multimedia team to develop visuals, videos, and promotional materials.
- Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, banners, product photos, and promotional content.
- Conduct product photo/video shoots when required.
3. Campaign & Event Coordination
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Support campaign performance tracking and reporting.
4. Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct basic market research on competitors, trends, and customer preferences.
- Gather insights from campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in preparing marketing reports and presentations.
5. Branding & Communication
- Ensure all marketing content aligns with company branding and tone.
- Maintain content calendars and ensure timely posting of materials.
- Support internal communication activities such as corporate announcements or internal events.
- Work closely with designers, multimedia creators, marketing executives, and sales teams.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Maintain marketing files, image libraries, and databases.
- Support the marketing manager and team on any assigned ad‑hoc tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Multimedia, or related field.
- 2–3 years of marketing experience preferred (fresh graduates with strong portfolios may also be considered).
- Experience in social media content creation or digital marketing is an advantage.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital trends.
- Basic knowledge of marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, SEO, etc.) is an advantage.
- Strong communication and writing skills (English/BM/Mandarin depending on business need).
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and content quality.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
