Join a high-growth resort and living-experience organization as its Country Marketing Executive, serving as the strategic local champion in the fast-growing Johor Bahru market. This role serves as the local commercial and marketing lead, responsible for driving occupancy, conversion performance, and long-term customer satisfaction in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quarterly (90-day) marketing plans aligned to demand pipelines, capacity planning, and local market conditions.
• Drive performance across core growth metrics including occupancy, conversion, retention, and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to broader regional strategy discussions covering market sizing, customer segmentation, pricing corridors, and brand positioning.
• Conduct regular competitive benchmarking and pricing reviews.
• Identify, onboard, and manage local acquisition and referral partners.
• Structure and negotiate commercial terms, promotional mechanics, and partner campaigns.
• Oversee local media engagement and public relations activity.
• Manage social media, digital content, and campaign execution across approved channels.
• Plan and deliver local marketing activations and events.
• Prepare a monthly internal communications update and support quarterly business briefings.
• Conduct and analyse NPS and customer experience insights.

Preferred

• Diploma or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Exposure to hospitality, lifestyle, or service-driven environments preferred.
• Hands-on experience in strategic planning, including market sizing, segmentation, and pricing strategy.
• Familiarity with marketing performance measurement, funnel metrics, and KPIs such as ROAS and CAC.
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics and competitive positioning.
• Confident communicator with experience handling internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in modern marketing and productivity tools such as Canva, CapCut, AI, NotebookLM, and Gamma / Beautiful.ai.

• Comfortable operating independently with high ownership and accountability.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience.
