The Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales. This role includes managing social media platforms, creating content, coordinating promotions, and ensuring consistent branding across all marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities
A. Marketing & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the business.
- Assist in planning and implementing monthly marketing calendars and promotional activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and internal teams on marketing initiatives.
B. Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Plan and post content regularly according to the social media schedule.
- Create engaging and original content: photos, videos, captions, reels, stories, etc.
- Respond to comments, messages, and enquiries promptly.
- Track analytics (reach, engagement, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Run paid ads (Meta/Google) when required — including budgeting, targeting, and performance analysis.
C. Content Creation
- Produce digital content including graphics, posters, digital menus, videos, and promotional materials.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, style, and messaging.
- Collaborate with photographers/videographers for shoots when needed.
D. Branding & Public Relations
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all communication channels.
- Support PR activities, influencer collaborations, and partnerships.
- Assist with marketing materials for events, campaigns, and new launches.
E. Market Research & Analysis
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
- Conduct customer surveys, feedback collection, and insights reporting.
- Recommend improvements for marketing strategies based on data.
F. Administrative & Coordination Tasks
- Assist in preparing marketing budgets and tracking expenses.
- Maintain marketing files, photos, and content library.
- Support the team with any additional marketing-related tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related fields.
- 1–3 years relevant experience preferred (fresh graduates with strong portfolios encouraged).
- Strong understanding of social media trends and digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in Canva/Adobe Suite or basic design tools.
- Good communication skills (English and Malay).
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Photography and videography skills are an added advantage.
