MARKETING & CORPORATE COMMUNICATION EXECUTIVE

To build relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service.

To support the team in executing marketing initiatives, campaigns and promotions aligned with KPJ's strategic marketing plan.

Engage with the team to analyze marketing methodologies, aiming for uniformity and efficiency, which in turn drives the expansion of market share and revenue for Johor Specialist Hospital.

To coordinate and manage the marketing asset framework, working closely with internal teams such as PR, Digital/Social Media and Events to identify and leverage marketing opportunities.

To plan, execute and measure the success of marketing campaigns and programs, ensuring seamless collaboration with stakeholders and adherence to internal processes.

Stay updated with industry and competitor trends to keep KPJ's marketing strategies competitive and up-to-date.

To utilize diverse channels including eDM, online news and community groups to expand KPJ's visibility.

To identify potential partnership opportunities to optimize exposure for KPJ.

Coordinate and oversee the strategic planning, concepts and vision for marketing events, activations, partnerships and collaborations.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration or Advertising.

At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Marketing and Communications, spanning various industries such as corporate / NGOs.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English and Malay.

Applicants must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin, as this role involves direct interaction with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities, essential for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Event coordination and management skills gained through hands-on experience.

Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Brand Management.

Basic Graphic Design skills and knowledge in marketing tools will be an added advantage.
