You’ll work closely with Marketing, Commercial, and Operations Analytics teams to ensure every product, package, and campaign drives measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
A. Marketing & Sales Analytics
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking digital campaign performance (CTR, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, retention).
- Track the full booking funnel: ad click → site visit → booking → check-in → onboard experience; identify drop‑off points and performance drivers.
- Create attribution models to evaluate the impact of each marketing channel, partner, and campaign.
- Monitor website traffic, conversion metrics, and CRM engagement; recommend optimizations to improve efficiency and reach.
B. Commercial & Pricing Insights
- Support pricing and yield management decisions across room types, add‑ons (buffet, spa, drinks), and package types.
- Track promotional performance (discounts, bundled offers) and assess revenue and occupancy impact.
- Build dashboards for occupancy, participation rates, average ticket value, load factors, and sales mix by channel and market (SG/MY).
- Support daily sales and seat reports; reconcile OTA and direct booking data with marketing performance.
- Collaborate with operations teams to monitor guest spend behavior, value models, and product‑level profitability across entertainment zones.
C. Reporting & Financial Modeling
- Deliver daily and weekly performance summaries to Management and Department Heads.
- Track partner contributions (OTAs, travel agents, direct channels) and flag anomalies or variances.
- Maintain reporting dashboards for referral and affiliate programs.
- Collaborate with Finance to map guest revenue metrics, cost‑per‑acquisition models, and marketing ROI frameworks.
- Support periodic analysis of operational performance metrics (revenue yield, guest participation, and activity duration) to ensure data accuracy and commercial alignment.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or commercial finance (hospitality, travel, or e‑commerce preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and data visualization tools (Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with digital marketing KPIs, conversion funnels, and performance metrics.
- Analytical yet practical, able to translate insights into operational or commercial action points.
- Detail‑oriented, self‑driven, and able to work across multiple departments.
- Experience in gaming, entertainment, or live operations analytics is a plus.
