Overview

Chemin is building the future of safe, transparent, human-aligned AI. As our work scales across research, enterprise partnerships, and public education, we are expanding the Brand Experience and Communications team to help shape how our story is told.

We are looking for a brand and partnerships associate who can turn complex ideas into clear, compelling brand moments. You will support the Head of Brand Experience and Comms and work closely with our AI Research and Growth Strategist, to bring our thought leadership to life across LinkedIn, decks, and partner-facing materials.

This is a hands-on, creative, detail-oriented role for someone who loves writing, visual clarity, and synthesizing ideas into strong narrative.

What you’ll do
  • Brand and content execution
  • Translate long-form research and thought leadership content into clear, engaging LinkedIn posts.
  • Work with the team to convert technical pieces into accessible and high-impact social content.
  • Support the planning and scheduling of Chemin’s LinkedIn calendar.
  • Draft copy and ideas for brand storytelling across both internal and external channels when needed.
  • Partnerships and sales enablement
  • Assist in creating brand decks, pitch materials, proposal slides, and partnership outreach documents.
  • Maintain and update Chemin’s sales and brand collateral library.
  • Help ensure visual and narrative consistency across all external-facing materials.
  • Brand experience support
  • Work directly with the Head of Brand Experience and Comms on key initiatives, events, launches, and cross-team brand projects.
  • Conduct light research for market positioning, competitor scans, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex or technical topics.
  • A good eye for brand, narrative flow, and presentation design.
  • Experience with copywriting, content creation, or social media management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI, tech, or research environments is helpful but not required.
  • Comfortable working with decks (Google Slides, PowerPoint, Canva)
  • Independent, organised, and proactive with strong attention to detail.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to iterate.
