  • Ensure excellence in merchandising when opening accounts.
  • Act as the brand ambassador, controlling the initial sales cycle.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth transitions for newly opened accounts.
  • Monitor sales performance, market feedback, and competitive insights.
  • Aid in marketing events and sampling initiatives within your market.
Requirements
  • Passionate sales professional with proven success in field sales, particularly in convenience retail.
  • 5+ years of CPG sales experience preferred, with knowledge of DSD systems and retail dynamics.
  • Outstanding relationship-building abilities across various stakeholders.
  • Adept at working independently with significant travel (90%-100%).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in creating opportunities.
