Job summary

A leading electronics manufacturing company in Port Klang, Malaysia is seeking a qualified Training Coordinator to conduct training for new hires and existing employees on production processes, equipment operation, and safety standards. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering, with at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing. Strong knowledge of ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949:2016 is essential. This position involves developing training materials, assessing competencies, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies.
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training for new hires and existing employees on production processes and safety standards.
• Develop training materials, including manuals, SOPs, and visual aids.
• Assess employee competencies through evaluations and skill assessments.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and safety teams to identify training needs.

Skills

Hands-on experience with specific equipment or processes

Strong knowledge of ISO9001:2015

Strong knowledge of IATF16949:2016

Education

Bachelor Degree in Industrial / Mechanical / Electronic Engineering or related field
