Job summary

A manufacturing company in Seremban is looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering to join their team. Responsibilities include detecting extra costs, monitoring process flows, and creating production control documents. Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia is essential for communication with clients. The ideal candidate should have leadership capabilities, be willing to travel, and have at least 3 years of experience, although fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Detect extra costs in production and propose cost-saving improvements.
• Monitor and improve current process flow and procedures.
• Create process flows, work instructions, and check sheets for production control.
• Train and manage Assembly Specialists in new or existing methods.

Job description

Detect extra cost used in the production and come up with improvement with cost saving concept.

Detect extra cost in the machine Bill of Material (BOM) and remove the unnecessary cost.

Monitor current process flow and procedure and apply improvement.

Create process flow, work instruction, and check sheet for production control.

Implementation of other job scope assigned by company supervisor.

Train and manage Assembly Specialist in new or existing methods.

Learn and implement product transfer/ expansion projects.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent Engineering fields.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience preferred or fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Good command of English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia written and spoken communication skills. We are seeking candidates proficient in Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese speaking clients.
• Willing to travel.
• Able to lead and manage a team of people.
