About the job Manufacturing Operation Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Business Management: Align with headquarters' business management requirements and implement the annual business objectives for the Malaysian factory.
• Factory Construction: Liaise with Malaysian customs and government agencies to advance factory renovation and on-site construction.
• Production Management: Build the operational and production teams for the Malaysian factory and achieve localized production goals.
• Team Development: Establish the core local team and manage the integration and collaboration of employees across both locations.
• Other Duties: Complete additional tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in an engineering-related field.
• Familiar with factory production operations and management, with experience in production management, cost control, and quality management.
• Experience in setting up an electromechanical manufacturing factory from scratch, with strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Malaysia, Mandarin and English as working languages due to communication purpose with China headquarters.
• Ability to effectively liaise with headquarters and local government, strong communication skills, and a systematic approach to work.
