Qualifications

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the ICM manual assembly line.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on production KPIs.
• Manage manpower planning and training of production operators.
