Candidates should have a diploma in Electronics Engineering and 2-3 years of hands-on experience in electronics assembly. Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced RF Technician to join our Production Engineering team, responsible for PCBA assembly, box build, soldering, testing, and troubleshooting of RF products such as Spectrum Analyzers, Vector Network Analyzers (VNA), and related RF equipment. The role is strictly in‑house and focuses on hands‑on production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble PCBA and box build for RF products
• Perform soldering and hardware assembly according to design specifications
• Conduct functional testing and basic RF measurements on completed units
• Troubleshoot hardware and assembly issues efficiently
• Support production activities and ensure quality standards are met
• Prepare and maintain assembly and test records accurately
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in good condition
• Follow company SOP, safety, and quality standards at all times

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in electronics assembly, PCBA, box build, soldering, and troubleshooting
• Good understanding of RF basics (frequency, power, return loss, VSWR, cable loss, etc.)
• Able to read schematics, assembly drawings, and work instructions
• Responsible, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently
• Basic computer skills (Windows, MS Word, Excel)
• Possess own transport

Preferred

• Experience with RF products, connectors, antennas, and cable assembly
• Familiarity with testing equipment (Spectrum Analyzer, VNA) for functional verification
