Job summary

A leading software solutions provider based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking customer support representatives to assist US and UK customers, including emergency services. Ideal candidates will hold an SPM/Diploma/Degree, with freshers welcomed, especially those with a background in Customer Service or Translation. The role offers a monthly salary of RM 3,500 to RM 4,500, plus allowances for shifts and KPIs up to RM 200.
