A leading job portal company in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Sales Executive to lead outdoor sales initiatives. The candidate should have at least 2 years of outdoor sales experience and be proficient in MS Office. Responsibilities include making business calls, developing strong relationships with clients, and meeting monthly sales targets. Fluency in Malay and English is necessary; knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese is an advantage. This role offers a great opportunity to grow in a vibrant team environment.
Make a minimum of 30 business calls daily to prospective clients.
Source and reach out to potential leads through industry and competitor channels.
Connect with dealers in assigned areas to promote new products or services.
Convert users into paying customers.
Provide guidance and training to dealers on product usage and best practices.
Acquire new customers, including dealerships and individual sales agents.
Furnish daily report on closed won/ lost by territory and accounts.
Develop, manage, and maintain strong relationships with clients and dealers.
Work actively towards monthly car sales/listings targets.
Assist dealers with account management requests, such as password resets.
Monitor team performance and ensure effective operational management.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure quality standards for listings and services.
Participate in team meetings, offering feedback and ideas to improve performance and results.
Collaborate with the Management, undertake any other duties or projects that may be reasonably required by the Manage mentor that may be reasonably foreseen through proactive role engagement and deal with matters arising in a timely and effective manner.
