Job Description
Business and Strategic Planning
  • Provide management with: Sales Performance Measurement Matrix; Revenue & Product Achievement Analysis / Penetration Analysis; for the purpose of assessing each team/branch or region's strengths and weaknesses in order to develop appropriate business and strategic plan for each region with different nature.
  • To coordinate with R&DM and SH for the design and development of Portfolio management strategy which includes Data Capturing and Cleansing; Portfolio / Customer Analysis etc in order to achieve the objectives of increase NTB, AUM and Profitability.
  • Provide league table on single product achievement & overall achievement for each staff, team/branch, region & channel.
  • Monitor the achievement of non‑performing staff, and report to management on their progress monthly.
  • Provide sales activities tracking tools and monitor to ensure sales activities are implemented as planned within budget, and expected leads / sales closure are met.
  • Design & implement tactical campaigns for respective channels or products to boost sales & assist the management in ensuring the budget are met.
  • Develop and continuously improve the online system for performance management, sales analysis & auto‑computation of commission.
  • Monitor & ensure staffs are certified to sell their various core products.
  • Update and reinforce sales compliance guidelines to ensure staff awareness e.g. mis‑selling, conflict of interest, etc.
  • Conduct train‑the‑trainer workshop and provide training tools & calculator on incentive schemes.
Sales Performance Management
  • Provide league table on single product achievement & overall achievement for each staff, team/branch, region & channel.
  • Monitor the achievement of non‑performing staff, and report to management on their progress monthly.

  • Design & execute tactical campaigns for respective channels or products to boost sales & assist the management in ensuring the budget are met.

Sales Compliance

  • Update and reinforce sales compliance guidelines to ensure staff awareness e.g. mis‑selling, conflict of interest, etc.
  • Conduct train‑the‑trainer workshop and provide training tools & calculator on incentive schemes.
Service KPI
  • Design & implement the KPIs for PFS Sales.
  • Provide monthly update on the Service KPIs.
Sales & Service Compensation
  • Design & implement the Sales & Service Incentive Scheme, for the purpose of motivating the sales & service team & assist the management in ensuring the budget are met.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely payment of the various incentive schemes and campaigns.
