ProAuto Drive (KL) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop our automotive sales team in Puchong Kinrara, Selangor. This is a full‑time role that will play a crucial part in driving the growth and success of our business.
Manage and oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the sales department, ensuring targets are met and sales strategies are effectively implemented.
Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing sales team, providing them with the necessary support and guidance to excel.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and develop targeted sales plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, as well as prospecting for new business leads.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Monitor competitor activity and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Ensure the outlet complies with company’s as well as principal rules, regulations & SOP.
Maintain a professional appearance.
Ad‑hoc assignments and projects as assigned by the senior management.
Possess certification in automotive industry or other relevant certificates.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the automotive industry.
Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Proficient in data analysis and interpreting market insights to inform strategic sales decisions.
Strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills to overcome objections and close deals.
Understand vehicle technologies, specifications, and automotive industry regulation.
Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia & English, Mandarin / Cantonese speaker will be an added advantage.
Must be willing to work at Puchong Kinrara.
